Architecture hadn't even been invented, although the word evolved from master builder, so many renaissance master builders are referred to as architects.

It's a new ball game. There is a new administration in Washington which wants to get the country back on track.

First, we want to get an indication of what we have. The current financial reorganization is making our financial institutions go back through their loan portfolios to evaluate the physical condition of the property securing loans. This is what we do. We are usually the company called second, by lenders who have a vague uneasiness about the bricks and sticks at one of their properties. They are usually right. In many cases we have been able to discover defects before they reach catastrophic proportion. Our better clients have called us first.

We go from the roof to the foundations and look at all the systems and finishes between!

Second, we want to see how we can stabilize properties, remarket and rebrand, as necessary, and include features and systems to make these properties more appealing.
