Project News–

A ceiling recently collapsed and water came pouring in. The next day, a roofer arrived to complete an emergency roof repair.

This was completed prior to CBC’s due diligence.

It was well known there was a problem that needed to be fixed immediately. The only problem is, they didn’t know exactly what the problem was. The roofer came out the next day, did a small patch, and collected his money, over a thousand dollars, only for us to come out a week later to discover that the issue was a hole in the wall caused by a clogged gutter.

This job has been a continuous learning curve, however, the importance of what we do has never been lost on me.
