Greg Trotter
President and founder of Commercial Building Consultants, LLC and All Florida Home Evaluation, Inc brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a contractor and consultant. He began working in the field with R.C. Foss and Son, Inc., of Pittsfield, NH in 1979 as Project Superintendent and then as Project Manager for a variety of commercial and institutional buildings. He has also worked for Eckman Construction, Bedford, NH, R.H., White Construction, Merrimack; owned and operated DR Salo Masonry, Nashua, as well as working at Certified Building Inspectors, Inc., Maitland, FL and Property Condition Assessment, Inc., Orlando, FL.
Richard Gregor
Richard Gregor, PE, vice president, Commercial Building Consultants, is also principal mechanical engineer at Engineered Architecture, an engineering firm providing services to building owners, contractors, developers and architects. Engineered Architecture, originally founded as the Sheerr and Gregor Corporation in New London, NH in 1979, it is now located in Amherst, NH.
