Pelloni

The Developer contacted CBC to review work in place and construction progress on ongoing work to complete a Strip Mall retail and office mixed use complex in Sanford, Florida. A walk through inspection revealed a series of misplaced elements, such as penetration flashings, thresholds, caulking, and repairs started, but not completed.

Meridian Center

The Meridian Center is at South Beach in Miami, FL and was an empty commercial building in the immediate downtown area requiring renovation and upgrade. The existing conditions were surveyed, façade and mechanical systems deficiencies observed, and plans, specifications, and construction budgets reviewed, and a report of notable immediate needs compiled.

Habitat Hotel, New York, New York

The Habitat Hotel lender contacted CBC to assess the feasibility of the owner/contractor’s plan to convert an existing SRO residence that also included hotel space and a hostel into 3 star hotel space. The existing conditions were surveyed, façade and mechanical systems deficiencies observed, and plans, specifications, and construction budgets reviewed, and a report of notable immediate needs compiled.

Bedford Station, Hyattsville, MD

Bedford Station is the conversion and upgrade of a single multi unit apartment complex into individual “student owned” condominium apartments in the suburban Washington, DC area. CBC monitored, observed, and reported on construction progress on a monthly draw basis.
